* Creel/Ketura will be checking in tomorrow/Called to let us know that there will be parcel coming for him tomorrow , will be a box containing guitar. it will have his name or the name Amlak.

* #245 has requested for late checkout at 12noon

* I had a call from the Oregon Military department to make a booking from the  08/26 - 08/29. As they wanted it to be a direct billing was in the process of making the booking following the steps, had some check-ins so tried saving the booking i was making,  but it went off. I had the email address and dates so completed the booking under CRS - 43342318 and sent an email to them. @ April - pls check if the booking is ok and if we can contact them for the exact name of the guest. Thanks

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
