April & Aarti, B-Shift, 8/6/24

 *Rm 339 4:15am wake up.

*Rm 427 has another reservation for tomorrow in a king rm 433, she will come down in the morning to check out and back in, be sure to let housekeeping know that that room needs to be cleaned asap.

*Rm 424 complained that last two days their room Air units were switched off by housekeeping and it should not be repeated tomorrow. Also they want the bath towels replaced and  trash collected tomorrow.

*KNGN inventory is off by one until Rm 320 checks out on the 14th, it's stuck on the internal side in OXI, so for everyday until then, if we are close to selling out of kings, we will keep getting them unless an Overbooking reservation is made to keep it from happening.

*Delete Overbooking reservation right before audit.

*Rm 401 5am wakeup.

*Rm 413 is leaving, was advised to call 3rd party as it is prepaid and we can't change it.

Aarti - Audit shift - 11/27/24

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Alex B-shift 06/19/24

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
