John - Audit - 08/12/24

  •  314 - Had a B2B reservation for 8/12, but when I tried to check him out after last night's Audit (8/11/24) his CC for incidentals was declined. He'd charged more than the $100 deposit and the card would not authorize for more. Since the card was declining, I could not check him in under the new reservation. I advised April of this when she came in for A Shift. April noted that she tried to contact him but was unable to. The new reservation was marked as a No Show during the Audit. The reservation was for 8/12-8/15, so he is likely still in house. He needs to provide an alternate payment method, or he must vacate the room.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
