  •  306 - Reported an odor and blood on the sheets. Moved to 311.
  • There is a black wallet in the right-hand cash drawer. April said the owner will be coming in to retrieve it. Note: There is a $100 bill in the wallet.
  • 418 -  Requested 1pm Check-Out
  • Jeff needs to know how long 305 was placed OOO.
  • 236 - She's in a wheelchair and has a ride coming to pick her up. She requested someone come up and help her down to the lobby around 0900
  • McKenzie Wells has a reservation for today. She arrived in Salem early and has things to do before checking in this afternoon, so she asked that we hold her suitcase behind the desk for her. Its in the FD closet. Her Ph# is 541-410-4891

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
