John - Night Audit - 8/11/24

  • Jonathan Stone called. He has a reservation for 8/12. He wanted to change to a DBL Queen room and said he would pay the difference on his CC. Room type/rate changed. Advised of new rate. Also indicated that he would have a pet with him.
  • 230 - Called several times to complain about noise from 330. I called 330 three times with no answer. Sent Lobby up to 330 to talk to them.  No complaints since.
  • 410 - Left a set of keys for his coworker, who he is sharing a rental car with (they're in the right-side cash drawer). Said Co-workers name is Jay Silvia.
  • 314 - B2B reservation. I went to check him out of the system & his CC is declining (He went $50 over the Incidental Hold, and it won't authorize the additional $50.) This will need to be addressed before we check in the 2nd Reservation.
  • 211 - Left a scooter parked by the Lobby Window. She said it will only be there for an hour or two because she needs to get a chain to lock it up.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Alex B-shift 06/19/24

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
