 *Moved guest from Rm.434 to 439

*A individual came in this morning inquiring about a room, I stepped in the back office momentarily to use the stapler. Before he entered only one guest had checked out and left his keycard in the card drop box. Once I returned to the front desk the card was missing and that individual changed his mind about the room and stated his friend was staying here. He entered the elevator and I asked Matt to locate him as I figured he took the card and was trying to enter the room. He was located and I asked him about the key card he denied having it and I asked him to leave. I was unable to check out the guest who left the keycard as I was in the process of printing out the housekeeping log and stappling Jeff's copy. The individual was a tall gentleman with a white t-shirt with a black square on it and a design in the middle, with curly hair wearing a over the shoulder man bag.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
