Rm 225 Mark Stern extended his stay until 8 / 12 / 24 his card has been preauthorized and approved.

Guest in Rm 404 requested a different room due to noise complaint. I moved him to 226.

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
