 * David Moore Rm. 425 would like management to contact him via text message regarding his check in experience. PH. 801 - 420 - 0079. Stated he was originally waiting 30 minutes to check in then was cut in line by another guest causing his wait time to increase significantly. Would like management to reach out to him after 7 am. He contacted IHG customer service who relayed the message to me.
