 - Kyle Conley was a no show, room was Comp'd

- Late ck out 231 - 1 pm

- Guest in room 251 would like to add breakfast apart of the reservation for the remainder of their stay. However they booked through Booking.com, would like management to reach to reach out to them to see if this is possible.

- I billed a No Show for David Pinheiro, he called this morning and stated he accidentally booked his room for the wrong date. I reinstated him and he is due to arrive today. CS# 82872094. would like to speak to manage regarding no show bill.

- Maintenance forms filled out for Rm 210 for a shower leak in the left right corner & Rm 225 have a clogged toilet. When Matt from Lobby entered the bathroom he discovered the toilet filled with disposable wipes. He did what he could before the guest let him know he was ready for bed. Jeff is aware.

- 218 s/o today anytime

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
