 * Rm 426 TV isn't working properly the HMDI cord will not stick to the tv could not get the channel to change. Management notified, please switch rooms if available. maintenance report made.

* Rm 324 refrigerator isn't working  properly, guest would like another refrigerator delivered to the room rather than switching rooms as she is scheduled to be here until 9 / 2 / 24. Stated she will come down to speak with oncoming staff to explore her options. Maintenance form completed 

* Guest in room 331 has made serval complaints about the guests above them in rm 431 throughout the night and at 6 am this morning. She would like to move rooms when a TQNN w / a couch is available if possible.

* Guest in Rm 441 windows were busted out of his vehicle, I advised him to make a police report and contact management.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
