 A individual was sitting in the lobby upset and crying stating the he was abandoned her in Salem and attacked. Staff tried to assist him and after he was able to make arrangements and depart staff and security noticed how bloody he was  as he was leaving and discovered blood stains on the sofa.

Rm 329 is not working please have Brian see him asap.

A guest that checked out Yesterday from room 326 called and stated she left a blk sweat shirt. phone charger and something else. would like the lost and found to be searched.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
