Aarti - Audit shift - 10/30/2024

 * # 230 guest called and complained that her husband almost hurt his back as the desk chair was broken and asked for another chair to be sent immediately. As there were no available desk chairs, removed a chair from # 225 and have given the guest. The broken chair is in the cart room . Please ask maintenance to arrange a chair for # 225 and release the room. Maintenance slip has been put up.  

*There was a pink folder with invoices, along with 2 diaries and a note pad found on the couch next to the restaurant. I've kept it at the back office with a note on it. 

*2 No Show:    Parsons/Laura (CRS- 63854853) -  Booking.com Hotel collect - Payment failed

                         Juan/Serpa Munoz  (CRS -43540770) -   Booking.com / Deposit - Payment Processed

*There are no chips in the store to restock the market. 

* # 420 guest - Zakary/Thinguri, came down as his key was not working. On checking inhouse there was no guest checked in that room. The guest said that he has his things in the room,  as well as he checked in on 29th eve. On checking the reg card there was his sign on the paper as well as his vehicle details. This guest was also shown a No show as per Johns blog. I made a key and gave the guest. There was another reg card of guest Kevin/ Moate with check-in on 30th for the same room 420, on checking the system, this guest was given # 302. 

* A guest - Ashton, who was taking the groome shuttle had a small pocket Swiss knife which he requested to keep and would collect on Sunday on his way back. The same is sealed in an envelope with his name and kept in the back office tray.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
