John - Audit - 10/29/24

  •  No Shows:
    • Kaufman, Carlos (CRS 41114887) - Rewards Night. 
    • Thinguri, Zakary (CRS 46519888) - 3rd Party/Priceline.
  • Scam Call: A guy called claiming to be IHG Tech Support saying he needed to "recalibrate" the card readers. I told him I would call the police and/or the FBI and he hung up.
  • A package arrived for Alex. It's in the Office.
  • 233 - Came in around 0545 to asked for a new room key. I advised him that he needed a new form of payment before I could do that. He said he had put money on his Debit card. I ran it again (twice) and it still declined. I told him I had been instructed that I couldn't give him a key without payment. Advised that April would be in at 0700. He left.
    • He came back at 0610 to try and pay, but the card declined AGAIN. He got grumpy and left again.
    • He left his wallet at the desk. It's in the Left-Side cash drawer
  • 425 - Left their CC at the Restaurant. It's in the Left-Side cash drawer

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Alex B-shift 06/19/24

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
