 *#402 guest who had checked in at 1055pm came down and complained that his room carpet is all wet and is smelling bad. They were quite upset and said will go to another hotel. I changed the room and moved them to 413. Have kept 402 as dirty for the carpet cleaning to be done tomorrow. But they were down again as they were not happy with 413 as they said the bed sheets were not clean. I insisted that will get them changed but they said they are not happy with the general cleanliness and wanted to leave. Matt did check both the rooms and said 402 has a smell and the bathroom fan noise and 413 had some hair on the carpet which he cleant. They were asking for a refund and her husband said he will pass by in the morning and speak to the manager. I've made a maintenance slip for the fan noise.

*# 304 guest called at 03.30 to complain that there is lot of banging and stomping noise from the room above and was getting disturbed and upset, tried calling #404 but no response. Matt went up to #404 and there were a group of men together in one room partying. He asked them to keep it low as the guests are getting disturbed.
