 *Rm 404 & 406 need to be moved to tqnn's tomorrow. We told them to take their luggage with them so we can change the rooms tomorrow. I made a reservation just so we don't sell out of tqnn's, please cancel after moving.

*Rm 433 has a B2B, cc verified, check out and back in after audit.

*Rm 349 has a B2B under a different name tomorrow, he will come down and check back in.

*Rm 217 complained that there was pubic hair on one of the bed's. Steven went up to change the sheets and just let her know it wasn't going to be as pretty as housekeeping's since it's not his job. Apparently she asked if a manger was here and he said no, then she cussed at him. He walked out. He came down and told me what happened. She then called and said she didn't cuss, that he just walked out. I advised I would come up and change the bed, but again, not my job so won't be pretty. She was appalled that there was no housekeeping still here. I got it done. Steven has never walked out of a room in 5 years, he is not like that and would not lie about it, just an fyi.
