 Had to move 227 to 228 he stated there is carpet missing in room in 3 spots and the tv wasn't working so just moved him

Also 351 said their sink was draining slow so I had Bryan go look at it and he said they needed to move but the guest didn't want to pack their 2 kids and stuff up so said they would deal with the slow drain

The basketball team coach asked to moved breakfast back to 730 instead of 7. I spoke with Giselle and she said that was fine. If they coach has any issues or questions just call tiffany at home she said

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
