Said they had a pickup and trailer, pulled around back, saw the van with no tires and felt the area was sketchy, so they left. They want a refund. Said their friends got a refund already. I asked if they stopped, said anything or called, they said no, it was raining.

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
