 *I accidently checked in  a Guest ALISON FOGARTY around 4am Room 217 the Registration card is sitting in front of key board under left computer . no keys made 

    cancelled check in

*Room 411 checked out at 5:16am and I wanted to double check if he was sent an email be registered for IHG REWARDS Enrollment 

* 208 Came down for a breakfast voucher and i didn't see it in the notes. He showed me his verification and i remember one was given to him the other morning so I Gave him one, I hope this wasn't a problem.  

* 6;40 am i forgot to circle the check outs that started this morning i just started circling them out

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
