* I wasn't able to find a shift checklist and record data PRINT MORE

* No cash reports found hand written report in Audit box PRINT MORE 

* 426 and 406 Asked for their breakfast vouchers and I couldn't find anything in notes I would like to know What to look for when verifying.  

* add candy to 346 

 *Couldn't charge no show fees to no shows 

* Michael Howard 223 @4am Was trying to check in to his reservation for 11-21 and i was not able to check him in to that. I did make a new reservation for him with AAA rates due to him wanting the same rate he got when reserving with his soccer team. I let him know that he was probably charged for no show. and that the manager will help with anything in the morning.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
