 *Patten Room 405 paid 3 NIGHTS TAX N DEPOSIT I think , with her card ending in 4466 that was from Third party Google hotels. No registration was printed until (Check in not successful) until I changed the rate code to IGCOR and 5 and 1 with CASH.  Advised guest to sign reg card and get receipt and sign up for IHG at check out.  

*Guest in 342 asked for 2 pillows at 8:30 and I took pillows from room 202 and changed it to dirty 

*Haoran Zeng checked into 5 different rooms 340,349,345,343,351 and signed reg cards for 343,340 only 

*ARTI someone is reserving online on Expedia now and will be checking in at 1am and staying until  Saturday

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
