 * #247 Guest Levine/Lisa called to extend her booking for two more nights 12/11 - 12/13. She had a reward night booking at present for 12/09-12/10, so made made a new reservation for her with a Senior rate for two nights. She will come down tomorrow morning and complete the Check-in. I've given her the same room 247. 

* 0 No shows

* #402 guest Carattini/Luis is expecting a parcel to come today by noon from UPS. He wants to be called as soon as it arrives on 3377801872. He would then come and collect it. 

*#201 / #317/ #319/ #424 - Stay over service

*# 241 guest has extended his stay. He has made another booking with Hotel.com and will be checking in again in the morning. He would like to continue in the same room - # 241

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Brennon 03/15/25 A shift

 Someone Ill come and pick up a pillow that was left in room 311. The guest said it will most likely be his friend. it is in the storage closet.  All rise volleyball reservations comes with breakfast vouchers. they also have a meeting in the steakhouse from 4pm-7pm  Branden will be back to pick up his headphones at 4pm it is on the back shelf
