Aarti - Audit shift - 12/11/24

 *1 No show - CRS (20856924) Hunter/Annie - booking made through Priceline for one night 12/11 - 12/12. She shows checked in already in #323 CRS( 41247557) another booking through Priceline from 12/10 - 12/12. Both the bookings deposits have been taken. I've not processed the No show - @ Brennon please check the same with the guest. 

* Was unable to open the store door with the code number, so could not refill the market with rest of the items, only re-filled the bottles with the stock in the below cupboards.

*Stayover service - # 201, # 317

*@ Brennon - #423 guest Bator /Vincent (Diamond member ) had checked in on 12/01/24 and checked out this morning. He had shown the tax exempt card on check-in but same was not entered in the booking. He wants the refund of the taxes in his account soon as he mentioned the same thing happened to him last time and he has not been refunded yet. He has now again filled a tax exempt form and wants this to be sorted. He wants the revised receipt to be sent to him on email. (CRS - 82484510). He will also be calling you.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Brennon 03/15/25 A shift

 Someone Ill come and pick up a pillow that was left in room 311. The guest said it will most likely be his friend. it is in the storage closet.  All rise volleyball reservations comes with breakfast vouchers. they also have a meeting in the steakhouse from 4pm-7pm  Branden will be back to pick up his headphones at 4pm it is on the back shelf
