Aarti - Audit shift - 12/17/24

 * Was unable to find the keys of the entrance door in the first drawer on the right side. Tried searching for it in all drawers and back office. Matt found a duplicate key in the room next to the front desk and locked the door with that key. Please check with Housekeeping or Brennon/April, if it was handed to anyone in the morning shift.

* Guest Herbert Hultz, #416 came from the restaurant @ 1130 to collect the keys and sign the reg card. He went up and later when the security were on rounds, they said there is big bag outside on the 4th floor next to the elevator. The bag was outside # 416. Matt tried knocking the door, also tried calling but no response The guest went in the room and left his suitcase out. The same was bought down by Matt and kept in the back office. @Alex - pls call the guest and ask him to collect the same.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Brennon 03/15/25 A shift

 Someone Ill come and pick up a pillow that was left in room 311. The guest said it will most likely be his friend. it is in the storage closet.  All rise volleyball reservations comes with breakfast vouchers. they also have a meeting in the steakhouse from 4pm-7pm  Branden will be back to pick up his headphones at 4pm it is on the back shelf
