Aarti - Audit shift - 12/18/24

 *Main entrance keys are still not in the drawers. Used the duplicate key from the cupboard and kept it back. Pls check with Housekeeping in the morning as it was taken for cleaning the windows and doors. 

* No lobby person reported in the night. Matt said he had informed earlier that he needed a day off due to some medical check. 

* #418 - TV needs to be checked in the morning as there was no signal as per the guest. Send the maintenance person to the room in the morning.

*0 No shows.

* #304 - Stayover service

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Brennon 03/15/25 A shift

 Someone Ill come and pick up a pillow that was left in room 311. The guest said it will most likely be his friend. it is in the storage closet.  All rise volleyball reservations comes with breakfast vouchers. they also have a meeting in the steakhouse from 4pm-7pm  Branden will be back to pick up his headphones at 4pm it is on the back shelf
