John - Audit - 12/21/24

  •  333 - Jessica Walker checked in at 0125.  She said that she had a B2B reservation and just needed to check in for her 2nd night. She was checked in without issue, but when she returned to her room, she said all her belongings were gone. Neither Lobby nor I could locate her things. I advised her to contact Management in the morning. I suspect that the FD and/or Housekeeping were not aware that this was a B2B. There were no notes on the reservation.
  • 327 - Came down this morning to let me know that their room was "dirty" and smelled of smoke. Thier kids are in 227 and they would like to move to a Double Queen room. They will come down around 1100 to switch rooms, if possible.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Brennon 03/15/25 A shift

 Someone Ill come and pick up a pillow that was left in room 311. The guest said it will most likely be his friend. it is in the storage closet.  All rise volleyball reservations comes with breakfast vouchers. they also have a meeting in the steakhouse from 4pm-7pm  Branden will be back to pick up his headphones at 4pm it is on the back shelf
