* Had a group of fire department officials checking in last night in 10 TQNN rooms and 5 KNGN rooms and will be checking out tomorrow, They have all paid with their CC, some paid for 3 rooms and some paid for 4 rooms. They require the receipts for their stay, as they will be reimbursed by their department. 

*Had a homeless lady outside the door at 330 Am looking to enter, when I refused to open the door she just sat there and did not move. Called the security who came in 10 mins and tried speaking to her but the lady did not acknowledge him too, so finally he had to call the cops. They tried talking to her and by what little she spoke did not seem to be mentally stable, they called the ambulance and she was taken away.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
