Aarti - Audit shift - 01/29/25

* Curtis/Todd - Diamond member who had a booking for 01/29 - 01/30, called to change the date of his booking to 02/06 - 02/07, as he could not make it due to an emergency.

* 1 No show - RVO 0lson/Dennis (Smalls/Damon)  CRS - 88054857 - Check with Tiffanie

* @ Brennon - The final status of all the reports showed as Filed instead of Filed/Printed. So only the initial Credit card report was printed and all other reports were E- filed. 

*Walter/Hermand has a booking for today 01/30. He called to cancel his booking as they had an emergency and will not be coming. 

* #244 - Stayover service

* #313 - RVO guest had breakfast and had ordered for an extra tea. She left and had to pay 3 dollar to the restaurant staff. Tried calling her room, but did not respond. Please keep track and inform the restaurant staff.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
