 * # 410 - Fought Christopher - had a Priceline reservation and as mentioned in Aileen's blog the payment is not taken. The deposit did not show up so tried collecting the deposit however it declined. Informed guest and we called Priceline, as per them the deposit was collected at 21:45 and she gave me the authorization code 301800. Checked the guest in with the incidental charges. @ Brennon the auth code does show under credit card authorization. Guest is checking out on 02/01. 

*# 204 - Late checkout @12noon

* 02 No shows - Kattil/Carol  CRS -  61791440 - Employee as mentioned in April's blog - Payment failed.

                        Kovach/Robert  CRS - 24057671 -Priceline -  Settlement against deposit

*#205 guest complained of bugs on the bed. He was very upset and said that he is a club member and will make a report of it. I've put the room on OOS and made a maintenance report.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
