                                         Eventful Evening

     Room 236  Man (Paul) was Aggressive asking about what would happen if they leave early due to an "emergency". They have been checked in since 1/9/25, Today at 6:40pm  he wanted to know what we could do for them in that regard and what are the steps if they don't return. I told him nothing needs to be done on his end. If they don't return they will just get charged and If they do return their room is still there for them. he started to get more upset saying I didn't understand him. Asked for a manager, i went on to tell him no manager was here but he will be in the morning. he said "you can't call him now??" 
Brennon said the same thing and i went to tell him again if he needs further assistance he can call in the morning 7am-3pm or coming. He was upset and asked for managers number i gave him Brennon's business card. He dialed the number and said he's not answering. i told him again he will be here in the morning. he goes on to ask for the direct number for hotel, I give it to him and he calls doesn't hear a ring and says Your a Liar, you lied to me its not ringing. i tell him there's an extension you have to listen to the call and press it and he goes no your a liar its fine and walks away. 
I fear they might cause more problems.

Room 450 Opera froze during check-in after he swiped card. it closed and I opened it again and had to check him in again and swipe again. I just want to make sure there wasn't a double charge as he is staying for a week or so.

One of the Volley Ball Kids Knocked down one of the ceiling tiles  from the gym and brought it to the front.

Many parents upset about pool hours not being updated online. 

 Room 345 may come back for their room, they left this Moring but said since it is prepaid they may be back so just make them a key.

Room 427 was shampooed may be damp, not assigned yet.

Room 435 wished to extend their stay for one more night.

elderly homeless woman i had to kick out at 10:39pm kept trying to come back for phone or bathroom.
