 Rm 244 left early because they felt "someone was messing with them" declined room change.

 RM 201 Kid Boy keeps asking for key card spoke with mother tell him no .


RM 223 Guest says their room smells like someone smoked in it previously and it was covered with air freshener. doesn't wish to change rooms just wants it to be know it wasn't them.

RM 402 wants to extend stay to 1\06\25 to stay Sunday and Monday night.
will check in the morning if done.

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
