Carmella Frederick made reservation through Priceline apparently they told her we take cash deposits. i apologized and told her I'm sorry we do not accept cash and she got upset and stated she's from Canada and had no money on her card, i apologized again and told her to call Priceline for what they could do for her. she left tried to have reservation refunded via Priceline call told them i called the boss and it will not be refunded. Priceline again called and asked what i suggested for the guest. i said if she googles her bank which i did it says all point atms take deposits for her bank but to google it her self to check.  . we said no.
we do not accept cash deposits she called Priceline and they called me to ask for a refund i told her

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
