 * # 209 guest came down and wanted to move as there was lot of noise from the room next door and she was not keeping well and wanted to sleep. Moved guest to # 321. Got the room checked with Matt and have left in on Clean status for it to be Inspected. 

* 2 No shows  -  Ego/Jay   CRS - 84087752  - Payment processed

                           Melseth/John  CRS - 21251413 - Payment processed

* Rowan/Larry was a walk in guest at 0015hrs for a reservation for one night. Made a booking but he did not have sufficient funds and his card kept on declining. He left and said will be back in an hour after he deposits some cash on card. He did not return, so cancelled his booking.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
