Aarti - Audit shift - 02/14/25

*Arellano/Marcy had two rooms, when purchased items from market said to charge to room 317, could not find guest, She said she has 2 rooms 315/317. On searching the guests inhouse, the system showed as #315/ #419. They said they have #317 and their stuff is in there. 

* #216 guests came down at 0200 complaining of multiple bugs crawling on her bed. She did have pics and video of the same. She came down with her luggage, so moved her room to 241. As there were no KNGN available had to mover to TQNN.

* #415 guest called to inform that there was a lot of noise from # 417. Called and asked the guest of #417 to keep it low as the other guests are getting disturbed.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
