* # 331 guest Courtney, room booked under Jensen/Debra came down and said that she is supposed to be moving rooms yesterday, but she has to go out urgently and will be doing it today by 10:00 am. She said it was set for her yesterday #431.  

* Guest Davies/Bonnie - had called last evening too and again this morning. She is checking in later today and was misinformed during booking that we have buffet breakfast. She said to cancel the breakfast from her rate . She said she was informed last eve that we can deduct 40 USD from her reservation. She also need a rollaway bed for 2 nights and if possible requested the bed  for USD20 for 2 nights. She will be in and will talk to the front desk but wanted to inform regarding breakfast rate to be removed prior to coming in.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
