* Guest came down around 3:45 and left out , on returning she stood near the door and read the paper regarding using the key on the black box, I saw her and asked if she had her keycard with her and I opened the door, she got very upset as to why we locked the door and said will complain. Tried explaining but she just went up.

# 436 guest came down in the morning 05:30, he mentioned that the shower water was continuously flowing and his TV channels are not working. He checked in yesterday and is here for 6 nights. He requested if possible we can change his room after todays checkouts if we have any availability.  He was quite polite and is a Platinum member. We can call and inform him later in the day.  Maintenance slip filled

* #325 shower there's no hot water. They had complained about it yesterday too and the same issue they had while taking a shower today, they were quite upset and are staying here for two more nights ,want it to be rectified and do not want to change the room. Maintenance slip filled.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
