 NOTES

RM 304 Employee called to cancel reservation. cant make it. I didn't cancel told him to call in am to speak to manager.

Coach For Mazama High school would like receipt sent to person who made reservation for block.

Jeremy Hurd Called about his Kindle he left in RM 217 wants a call back from manager for what to do about shipping it or what we can do to get that back to him as he's in Seattle. phone number typed to kindle in back. 

Kids are playing all over the place. Had to tell couches and any separate kids i saw running around to stop. got 3 complaints from 3rd floor                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Gave voucher to couches of Mazama they were missing 2 vouchers for them and gave one.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
