James number (714) 397-6103 Would like to get a room for them and have multiple children (10) visit for a birthday party and had access to pool to make reservation in the next few weeks. Would like a call back from GM.

Daniel Dorran RM 328 made a reservation today, arrived early. Keeping his reservation for tomorrow as well would like to stay in same room. 

Rose White called upset about her daughters reservation not including breakfast when she got it with breakfast online, spoke to Brennon this morning, will call again. (Rewards Night)
 

RM 423 Is employee Kayla coopers room her reg card didn't want to print says something is wrong with adobe read. restarted opera and it works again printed and put in bucket.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
