 330 tv problem. wants an upgrade because they are upset tv not working. 

304: room was sprayed, don't use it

the 3rd floor seems to have issues with tvs. rooms 304, 311, 351 and 330 the tv is acting up and needs to be looked at

Daniel Dorran is upset he didn't get the bigger rooms and claimed he booked for it. For some reason, in the opera system it listed his room as CSTN and we're out of usable king rooms and moved him to a queen room.

444 wants a late checkout at 1pm.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
