 LeAnn Green has a reservation she called to cancel her reservation i have informed her she will still be charged due to the late cancel policy. If she calls back let her know the policy is still followed. No refund.

210 is gone, complained about how she is treated here. Rude staff and all. Says she's going to post videos on Youtube and TikTok Told her go ahead. She said she will not be staying here again I said good.

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
