John - Audit - 02/10/25

  • 330 - Schield, Eric (CRS 23788703) When I ran the audit 330 came up as not being checked out of the system yet. Brennan's blog showed that he had charged them for a late (5pm) check-out, so I checked it out and ran the audit. At about 0530 Mr. Schield came down to check-out. He was evidentially in house all night. I was honestly pretty confused by the situation, and he left before I could inquire further. Management should follow up.
  • Sara Castaneda called. She stayed in 214 2/05-2/07. Says she left her ear-pods in her room. I didn't see them in the back office. Ph 503-704-8564

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
