Aarti - Audit shift - 03/05/25

*# 320 guest Stolz/Caitlyn came down before leaving for work and complained that the coffee machine is not working properly and also the ham burger she ordered yesterday was not good and very dry. She has asked to put down a complain of the same with the restaurant. She is checking out tomorrow and will be back again next week. 

* 0 No shows

* #426 guest Rowan/Larry came down to extend his stay for 1 more night and went out. CC failed for additional amount. 

*Housekeeping staff Kayla checked in at 0230hrs. Booked the room on an Employee rate for three nights, but the system gave an error and did not accept the Employee rate. @ Brennon - Checked her in and she will be down in the morning to sort it out, as she has stayed in the past on an Employee rate. 

*The North West Hazel Company has requested to park the utility vehicle right in front of the entrance for the day as they want it be displayed as a prize for the people attending the event.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
