Aarti - Audit shift - 03/07/25

* Elite security said the there is a white van 521BMS which is on jack at the back side parking. He wanted to make sure if it belongs to any guest at the hotel. 

* 02 No shows:  Burns/Julia  CRS - 21076994 - Hermiston School Group - Check with Tiffanie

                           Slaughter/Richard  CRS - 26229203 - Payment  CC failed 

* #315 - Late checkout @ 12 Noon

* #210 guest wants stayover service but does not need the bed to be done. Also wants the coffee machine to be checked as does not work properly. 

*Mizera/Bonnie arrival today called to cancel the reservation as their dog had an accident and they were going to emergency. As it was an Expedia booking I asked them to contact Expedia for cancellation.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
