* Staff from IHG called to inform that they received a call from the guest staying in #239 Riungel/Jennifer who had many concerns with her stay. She checked in today on a Rewards night and wanted IHG to refund her points as she was very upset with the rooms. She stated she changed 2 rooms already and the one she's in right now #239, the carpet is torn and the room has a smell. The first room the fridge did not work and the A/c too was not cooling, the second room there was only a single blind on the window. IHG asked for the manager to speak to her in the morning and address her concerns. @Brennon
