Catharine Hamptons called about BOB block asking about additional rooms that aren't TQNN expect to receive call in the morning regarding that block  

Werner Douglas is extremely sick wife is coming instead, late check in between 11-12am.  

Room 328 was left open and a guest who was assigned to 329 thought it was their room walked in and made himself a home came down when he realized his key card says 329 and not 328 and reported him mistake . I Don't know if housekeeping left this door open or what happened.

Lea Abdelhamid was in rm 225 left bose speaker in there. ask housekeeping. will call in morning.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Alex B-shift 06/19/24

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
