Amy Arriola called asking about a charge from her stay #69122771, I let her know it was for a smoking fee, but she is disputing it and wants a call back from a manager.

Allison James called about a black bag she left in room 329 today when she checked out, housekeeping took a look but didn't report anything, I called her and left her a message letting her know.

345 complained about their fridge not working, but requested nobody enter her room until she returns after 5:30PM. I filled out a maintenance slip and let Jeff know.

224 and 428 request service everyday- notify housekeeping

Room 411 was a B2B- room is occupied, guest needs to come down and place card on file to check into new reservation.

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
