👩‍👧‍👦EVERYONE READ AND INITIAL!!!

PER TASLIMA:

 We had a situation come up that caused a big investigation issue. From now on, we need to be adding accompanying names to the reservation if there is more than one person in the room, every time.

You can shorten it, first name then "child", first name "same" for last name. Just so that we are getting names. This is to cover all issues such as we had, but for safety issues as well.

Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
