Aarti - Audit shift - 04/17/25

 *William Scandle arrived at 1AM to check in. They had called earlier in the evening stating will be arriving late. The husband came in and the wife was in the car with the two kids. On check in the card failed and he tried another card which failed too. He was insisting to pay by cash as its not mentioned as per him. He wanted to speak to the manager and called his wife who was abusing and said this is ridiculous and has never come across a hotel who will not take cash. They were screaming and then finally went to deposit cash in the card through an ATM. Said we are making them go through this with two small children with them and were screaming that they will complain about this. They got back at 1.30 and the card went through. They were calm and apologized for screaming earlier.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
