Aarti - Audit shift - 04/24/25

 * # 307 guest checked in at 23.30 hrs and wanted to extend her reward night stay for another night. Asked her to make the booking online and come down to re check in tomorrow. She called later and said she is unable to book a reward night online. She would like to continue in the same room. 

* Shevey/ Coleman (Diamond member) - guests came in at 0030 and checked in 6 rooms. He had called Aileen earlier and mentioned that they would come tomorrow and date was changed to 04/25. So changed date again to 04/24 and checked them in 6 rooms. Earlier in the evening they had already checked into 4 rooms. They also have 4 more bookings for tomorrow but a per the supervisor they are not sure if there are more people coming in. All charges are from one card on file - Auth Canary. Breakfast coupons given for 04/25 to all. 

* #420 showed due out for 04/24 in the departure list. Not sure if the guest had left. The room showed as inspected so checked out the guest in the system. 

* 01 No show - Streit/Ashley CRS - 47469659 - CC Payment processed.

* #327 - Late check out at 1PM

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Alex B-shift 06/19/24

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area. Phoenix Holly left their debit card, They were staying in Diane Siggson's room, checked out 06/09/2024 from room 433. call 503-983-6267
