Aarti - Audit shift - 04/30/25

* #228 - Late check out @ 1PM 

*OK so had a guest Julia Roberts come in at 0045 and she had checked out this morning. She had a Priceline booking but the booking set up was done incorrectly and deposit was not taken. So on checkout the incorrect card was charged. She was upset and wanted to make another booking for stay tonight with us, So I told her that the incorrect one would be refunded back  tomorrow but for now she would have to make another booking. She asked if she could make it with Priceline. She went out and came back but the booking was made for 05/01 - 05/02. Told her that this is for tomorrow and she started screaming and saying that there are ways of doing it and she has worked for years in the hotel and as an auditor I should do these changes. She also said that we would have done it for others and are not doing it for her.  She first insisted to speak to  manager so called Brennon and we refunded the incorrect charge. Brennon asked me to do my audit early and check her in , which I did and when checking in I told her check out time is 11AM, she got upset again and again asked to cancel that booking too, It was almost 0200 and she said she should be allowed to check-in till 05/02 as that's what she's is booked for. I told her that it will be till 11AM and she again insisted to call Brennon. I could not get thru him again and she called Priceline and argued with them too. She then got upset and took the reg card and left. She came back at 0600 AM and again asked to check in. I told her its early to check-in and will be charged. She again got upset and said ok add the notes for the charges but she will come down later and talk to the manager. Checked her in and informed Chris. 

* @Brennon - POS Ownership - 9022 / Breakfast coupons- 9003 and Kids eat Free - 9012 showed due date of 04/30. So changed the date to few days ahead to complete audit. 

* 03 No shows - 

-2 bookings for Buthorn Nancy CRS 85089627/ CRS 29641924 - As per Aileen's log they wanted to cancel due to a memorial service. @ Brennon - I've not charged the no show charges yet.

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. I informed the security who came in 10 mins and checked the parking but they didn't see anyone there.  * Nil stock of chips to refill the market. * Stay over service #201, # 317

Alex B-shift 06/19/24

rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
