B- shift

- Debra Jensen from 246 is no longer allowed on our property. She has been evicted. neither she nor her friends are allowed on the property. They are persona non grata permanently!
- Her father will be here to pick up all her belongings tomorrow at 2pm. from RM241. It has to be supervised or someone will need to bring the items down to the lobby. 
RM246 needs to be put as vacant dirty tomorrow.

Easton Lort Keys in drawer will check in tomorrow.

 Josheph Carillo has the Stuff by the desk

Mic Coats had a reservation I had to cancel it because it oversold the hotel. same with Alvir Slvjar there room was canceled as well. If they show let them know

 *#228 guest - Holmes/Sabrina, checked out yesterday and called to inform that they have left a white blanket in the room and will be coming to collect it. Same is kept at the back office.  *2  No Shows: Hernandez/Ricardo- (CRS - 45865559) Deposit/ Expedia Uhl/Brecken - (CRS 41275109) - Payment processed * One of the guest took their dog out at 03.30 and said there were two men in a white car at the back side parking and were walking round other vehicles parked there. rm 325 Emilla Ned, they want a refund for a room they tried to cancel but for some reason it wasn't cancelled and they are mad as heck. they are accusing all of us here of unprofessionalism and has been badgering anyone who'll answer the phone. 243, requesting stayover service for room tomorrow, at 10am 309; 7:30am wake up call 225, they are requesting to move tomorrow asap. They want to speak to the manager, they are very upset that they were placed in a pet room area.
